Amy Owen is the founder of QIA Consultants, LLC.  Ms. Owen draws from her years of experience as an employment attorney and commercial litigator.  Ms. Owen graduated from Wake Forest University, cum laude, and from the University of Florida College of Law, with honors, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.   She has actively litigated, and is a member of the bar, in the state and federal courts of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.  She provides employment advice to executives on their employment relationships, as well as discipline, termination, and general employment advice to support executives and HR professionals.  She has served on several boards in the community, including the Fairfax Human Rights Commission, which has provided unique insight into employee claims and the administrative process. Finally, she has spent a significant portion of her law practice investigating workplace issue:  claims involving employee dishonesty and fraud, sexual harassment and discrimination, and challenges to hiring and termination decisions.


QIA Consultants, LLC has strategically developed a model to help provide effective and efficient services for companies and executives needing support with workplace issues.  Ms. Owen will coordinate all matters and draw support as needed from a panel of consultants with specialized employment and investigative expertise to meet a client's needs.   We look forward to working with you to help you achieve optimal resolution of outstanding workplace issues.
