Amy Owen provides a range of services to Executives which include the following:
- Drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating executive employment agreements;
- Drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating separation agreements;
- Responding to employee grievances, including Title VII and discrimination claims;
- Working with risk management and HR professionals to address employee concerns;
- Consulting with HR professionals and executives on handling employee disciplinary actions.
Ms. Owen uses a collaborative approach to maximize the success for the executive and minimize the risk of solutions which will disrupt the workplace or otherwise interfere with the executive and company's success.
